DAY 1: Let’s Begin!

In your first email you received your Recipe Book, Shopping List and Meal Planner for your 3-Day Mojo Reboot, as well as some guidelines to set you up for success.

DAY 2: Cravings

You are under way in your 3-Day Mojo Reboot, and hopefully you have done your shop and printed out your meal plan and put it on the fridge for motivation. I encourage you to follow your meal plan as closely as you can.

DAY 3: Self-care

Did you know that an unhealthy lifestyle is merely a series of unhealthy habits? To adopt a healthy lifestyle, all you need to do is change those habits.
