Focusing on topics like nutrition, lifestyle habits and optimising health, Amy, founder of Mummy Mojo, is a passionate speaker and her presentations blend knowledge and experience to engage your audience and make an impact.

As a seasoned educator in body, mind, philosophy, and healthful living, Amy also speaks from experience after suffering from a long term, chronic illness. She feels strongly, as an echo of her own healing journey, that no one should suffer. Experience with some of life’s more serious health threats has deepened her understanding of how a comprehensive health protocol (including; nutrition, detoxing, supplementation, hormone balancing, dealing with stress, exercise and mindfulness) can help to heal and overcome these challenges. 

She is able to inspire audiences with the important messages of the power of nutrition, mindfulness and healthy lifestyles for longevity. 

Amy is a health coach, nutritionist, EFT practitioner, blogger, and mother, and had a long term career in communications with strong skills in the journalist and PR areas. In an effort to provide superior patient care, Amy incorporates various methodologies into her coaching practice.

As a mother of two, she has devoted her professional life to helping other women optimise their health both physical and mental so they can get their mojo back!

When Amy has free time she enjoys going for a coffee and beach walk with family and friends. She loves doing yoga and breathwork, cooking, and Netflix binging with her family (with two teenagers this is starting to prove tricky - but she still loves it!).
