My motto is, “Progress not Perfection”.
I don’t expect you to do every step perfectly. You take on a few principles at a time, and this helps you move towards the fulfilment of your goals.
I LOVE what I do! And for long as I can remember I have had a passion for holistic natural health. My parents had a lot to do with this passion; growing up my dad followed a daily meditation practice, and my mum tried each and every natural health fad.
Also high up on my passion list was socialising with friends. Unfortunately with this came drinking, and my early 20’s were spent partying the nights away in London, UK. During this time, despite my obvious vices, I was still exploring health and spirituality. I was a fitness instructor, vegetarian, I took supplements. After meeting the Dalai Lama at 25 I studied and practiced yoga.
I worked in communications for a number of fast-paced companies before deciding to turn my lifelong passion for health into a career. I spent 11 years working for Australia’s leading natural healthcare company, and finally I was living and breathing my passion. I really should have been at my healthiest. Yet what I found was that I was great at giving health advice to others, just not at nurturing myself!
I worked hard and ran around a million miles an hour. I was highly stressed and fatigued – my body was screaming at me to STOP!
With two children under five, I was working full-time, managing the house hold, studying, running community groups, and socialising way too much. As far as over-committing myself goes, I was having my cake, eating it, and then baking another and eating that one too! Can we really have it all? I honestly thought I was Superwoman and that my body was that too.
But I was wrong… It was only a matter of time before my exhausted adrenals packed up, my stomach went haywire, and my poor busted immune system shut down. From then on my life was filled with endless days of fatigue and pain. I tried everything. I gave up gluten and sugar. I explored countless healing therapies. I took treatments for my adrenals, thyroid, to detox metals and mould, you name it, I did it!
I saw doctor, after doctor, after doctor. Having tests, after tests, after tests. After four years of searching, I was finally diagnosed with a tick borne illness. I was exhausted and frustrated with the whole experience! My intuition that it was Lyme's Disease (despite the doctors saying it didn’t exist in Australia!) had been right all along.

I applied daily self-care and self-love.
I learned to live ‘deep’, not ‘fast’.
I listened to my inner voice. Truly listened.
I learned that positive health starts from within.
My passion for helping myself became a deep passion to help others achieve optimum health. Experience with some of life’s more serious health threats deepened my understanding of how a comprehensive health and wellness practice (including; nutrition, detoxing, supplementation, hormone balancing, dealing with stress, exercise and mindfulness) can help to heal and overcome these challenges.
My goal is to help you develop an individual plan and set of goals that can enhance any or all areas of your life; nutrition, exercise, relationships, career, mindfulness and spirituality.
The focus is not solely on diet and exercise; it is about helping you achieve balance in your life and guiding you to a higher place of happiness and wellness. This could include taking simple steps to; de-stress, become more mindful, improve the quality of your sleep, and eat a nutritional diet.
With extensive training and expertise under my belt I also use the tools of hypnosis, tapping/EFT, Time Line Therapy, and NLP to help you let go of limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns that are stopping you from living your healthiest, most mojo-filled life.
