The 28-Day Summer Body Meal Plan includes a nutritious diet that will help to remove toxic build-up from your body and replenish mineral deficiencies for a healthier, slimmer, and more vibrant you.

In doing this program you will learn about food – why processed foods and sugar are so inflammatory, how plant-based, fibre-rich foods enhance elimination, digestion and detoxification in the body, and why this way of eating, not only supports weight loss, but optimum health and vitality too.

You will also learn about the benefits of a plant-based diet for weight loss, and there’s a video tutorial for scrubbing your veggies. This is an important step as it helps to remove dirt, grit, pesticides, fertilisers, chemicals and contaminants.

Why a Plant-Based Diet?

Not convinced? Did you know that eating a plant-based diet is probably one of the single best things you can do for the planet. Animal agriculture is responsible for more greenhouse gas emissions than the entire transportation sector.

It doesn’t mean that you are vegetarian or vegan and never eat meat or dairy. Rather, that you are proportionately choosing more of your foods from plant sources.

Why you Should Scrub your Produce

You can cut the peel off fruit and veggies to reduce the pesticides, fertilisers, and other chemicals, however you will then lose valuable nutrients.

It is best to wash and scrub your fruit and veggies in filtered water as it will substantially reduce your exposure to pesticides and chemicals. As a bonus this will help get rid of any bacteria or nasty pathogens too!

Commercial produce (fruit and veggies) are often laced with chemicals, fertilisers, and pesticides, and can have a toxic synergistic effect that can counteract your weight loss and detox efforts.

In fact, there is strong evidence that these toxins are linked to weight gain, along with chronic diseases, such as cancer, diabetes, Alzheimers, and reproductive disorders.

In our modern world, almost NO food is 100% free of pesticides, debris, and dirt. Even organic produce may contain a minimal amount of these residues.
