Time and time again, I see clients who feel like they've been doing everything "right" and aren't getting the weight loss results that they want.
They diet. They obsess over calories.
They push themselves at the gym... and they are still not seeing what they want on the scale, or in the mirror!

Worst of all these toxins and chemicals are also all around us, in the air you breathe, the clothing you wear, in old fashioned air pollution, it's inescapable...
They place a tremendous burden on the body, and particularly on the liver, and there is substantial evidence to show a link between toxicity and numerous ailments, including poor concentration, headaches, digestive problems, and low energy levels.

Unfortunately the older you get and the more toxic exposure you've had, the more likely your "bucket" will overflow. Just like mine did...
Once the toxins have built up, your body (and your metabolism) slows down.
When your body is constantly focusing on trying to eliminate the buildup of toxins and heal the resulting inflammation, it's energy is depleted and it doesn't have anything else left for metabolism and the shedding of kilos.
