Episode 3 - Finding Your Mojo Through Movement with Jill Healy-Quintard

Movement is medicine. Jill Healy-Quintard has been living those three words for 40 years, and after two hip replacements she was back teaching within six weeks. I sat down with my friend of 22 years to talk about what mojo really means, why she chooses pro-ageing over anti-ageing, and what she says to women in their 40s and 50s who feel like their body has suddenly changed the rules. We also get into dancing as medicine, where to start when you're too tired to exercise, clean water and reducing your toxic load, and the one daily practice she'd keep if everything else fell away. Jill is the creator of Body and Balance, the AUSactive 2022 National Yoga Business winner, and a three-time author. She's also one of the most energetic humans I know. This one's for you if you're feeling depleted, disconnected, or like you've lost your spark. Episode 2 - Understanding Lyme Disease and The Birth of the Mojo Method

In Episode 2 of the Living Mojo Podcast, I dive deeper into the health journey that shaped my life and ultimately led to the creation of the Mojo Method. After years of navigating Lyme disease, mould toxicity, nervous system dysregulation, chronic fatigue, pain, and countless treatments, I realised that healing wasn't about finding a single solution. It was about understanding the body as a whole and addressing the many factors that influence health and wellbeing.

7 Questions That Helped Me Heal From Chronic Illness.

When I could barely get off the couch, a friend asked me something unexpectently. “What do you think your body is trying to tell you?” I’d spent years chasing the next treatment, the next practitioner, the next piece of the puzzle. That one question taught me to start listening, and my healing got very different from there.
