About Our Services
Living Mojo provides health coaching, life coaching, hypnosis, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and related wellness services and programs. Our services are designed to support your health and wellbeing journey.

Services and Programs
Coaching Services
Our coaching services are provided on a one-on-one or group basis as described on our website. Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement and are subject to our booking and cancellation policies.
Online Programs
Digital programs and courses provide educational content for personal use only. Access is granted upon successful payment and is subject to the specific terms of each program.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
For individual coaching sessions:
- 24-hour notice: Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost
- Less than 24 hours: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the session fee
- No-shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Terms
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but any changes will not affect purchases already completed.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
Refund Policy
Digital Programs
Due to the digital nature of our online programs, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have concerns about a program, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work with you to find a solution.
Coaching Packages
Unused sessions from coaching packages may be refundable on a pro-rata basis at our discretion. Package sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
Free Programs
Free programs and resources are provided at no cost and no refund is applicable.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Living Mojo website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, program materials, and course content, is the property of Living Mojo and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission
- Share login credentials or program access with others
- Use our materials for commercial purposes
- Modify or create derivative works from our content
User Responsibilities
When using our website and services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Living Mojo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Living Mojo and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
